“I’ve spent most of my career inside professional and membership organisations, as a leader, as an interim executive, and as someone brought in to help organisations unlock what they’re genuinely capable of.
“The question that has always driven my work isn’t what’s going wrong. It’s how do we optimise? How do we take what this organisation already has, across its people, its operations, its governance and its culture, and make it significantly better?
“I founded Capvera because I couldn’t find a rigorous, structured approach to capability that was built specifically for this sector. So I built one.”

Rob Di Leva has more than 20 years experience in senior executive roles across various professional associations, the commercial sector and in higher education.
